Great deal and cute design
My grandson asked for a singing monster’s birthday theme. I had no idea what he was talking about but I researched and then found this set. Great purchase. The children loved it.

Balloons smell like enamel paint or JB Weld
They smelled so terrible and made me wonder if they were toxic so I did not let my son play with the balloons and threw most of them away. The rest of the package is as described.

The banner and cake toppers are really good quality. My only complaint is that I did not receive balloons with my order.

Quick shipping product as described
The only problem with this is an extreme chemical smell to the balloons which myself and the lady at the flower shop both noticed when opening package to fill. Our eyes watered my hands burned. DIDNT ALLOW KIDS TO TOUCH
