This is so easy to install and use, my kids think it’s brilliant! It’s soft fabric mesh so stops me worrying about them falling into it and hurting themselves. It locks into place, Stops the dog from entering there room when not wanted. My only bad comment is that it does slightly squeak when pulling it to the latch. Other then that perfect

Easy to install. Good quality and easy to use.Perfect if you need a gate but don’t want to have an unsightly gate getting in the way.Really good idea.

The retractable baby gate is excellent and straightforward to use. My 5-year-old can open it with ease, which balances safety for her sister and independence for her. It’s a fantastic solution for managing space and keeping the little ones safe.

Bought this in 2023 and it was fantastic. Still going strong. Bought another one in April 2025 for a different door and they’ve tried to fix something that wasn’t broken! Quality drastically worse. Design nowhere near as good. Weak & feeble. Such a shame

Really good stair gates - I have 2. but.. I have 2 wild toddlers who are real testers of anything!If you have a toddler who will get through anything, this is not for you.If you have lovely calm children who arnt so destructive.. this is a great gate!My only gripe, and reason for 4stars is the return mechanism could be a bit better, it doesn't return as well as I hoped and if your not holding it straight, it will return and crimple up at the bottom and not go back straight. So you have to pull it back out to get it straight. I do like the concept of these and would have been fine if my toddlers weren't so wild, but unfortunately not robust enough for me.They work fantastic otherwise and are perfect for non-generic size gaps and wide stairs (as we do).1 thing... my toddler didn't work out how to unlock it.. and my tot is very clever at normally doing so after working out 3 different normal metal gates.Good luck! The media could not be loaded. Was a tedious product to install and used around once or twice a week and the lock has broken and will not now unlock. Lasted around 4 months

Great idea and item, easy to install I had it done in half an hour on my own, however I would seriously question the use intended for.I bought to use to create a safe place for my dog, what I didn’t realise, although level with the floor he managed to get underneath er due to the flexibility of the plastic and yes it was tight and locked!! Would not recommend for small/medium size dogs.. he also managed to damage the bottom edge meaning it cannot be returned. Overall a complete waste of money and ended up buying a metal gate.. very disappointed!!The moral of the story is think long and hard about the purpose you have in mind before buying!!!
