If you are washing a few small items you can wash them in the mesh bag inside the Laundreez. The mesh bag is to hold dirty laundry and can be used to scrub items before washing. The mesh bag serves as a guide to the amount of clothes to wash at one time in the Laundreez.

Does this have nibbles inside similar to the Scrubba one?

There is nothing inside that would snag laundry no. Just an inside mesh bag

Can you use washing powder instead of detergent?

Washing powder is a form of detergent, so should be fine, as long as you make sure it all dissolves so you don’t get streaks of powder left on your clothes.

Would this be suitable for washing cloth nappies?

I can't see why not. I use it to wash clothes while camping.
