Great Breakfast cereal
These come all the way from South Africa and are wonderful. They are just as good as they used to be when I had them years ago. They keep me going till lunchtime no bother at all.

The best breakfast there is! Paying over the odds for it in the UK as it's from South Africa is a real downer, but it's so tasty, healthy and low GI.

Pronutro
My wife has been hounding me to get her some Pronutro, so took the easy route and orderd it on Amazon.She is now happy with her Pronutro, so if she is happy, then I am also happy... :-)

Love this cereal just add milk
Oh there is nothing as nice as chocolate pronutro for breakfast try it you will love it. It is quick and easy in the morning with lots of nutrients to keep every one going until lunch time.

although a little expensive and a bit expensive on postage and packaging was satisfied with product bought it for a friend
