Tried a test one that worked.Holding heavy panel to ceiling, next 2 failed. Then one worked. Then about every 5th nail worked.Incredibly frustrating.Gave up on sample of nails that came with the package, tried the ones purchased separately. Same problem.Frequently would "fire" the spring loaded mechanism, but no ignition.Finally removed panel from ceiling as couldn't get it to work.Will buy locally with local guarantee.Was so hopeful this would do the job, very disappointed.Comes with minimal troubleshooting that solved nothing.
