Okay…this is better…
I started out by buying a pair of bargain basement remotes. They look the same as this new one, but apparently they are not. One work for one of our TVs and the other did not program correctly for our other top quality TV. I was able to get a refund on that one quickly from Amazon, which was great, and it didn’t take much time to do it. So in order to avoid all of that again I bought this one which is the most expensive one that Amazon sells. I programmed it within a minute and now I’m up and running again. It just goes to show you that you get what you pay for.
