I had been looking at this machine for a while, finally I bought it. I was a little skeptical about it but i got it out together. Then I cleaned the floor and assembled it like the instructions told me too annnnnnnnnd boom!! It worked I’m able to use it the way I need to every morning..If I there was a down side to say about it would be I wish I had more sticky pads or I could order it separately when needed.. once you put the piece of plastic down that it! So be careful where you place it. Unfortunately for me I love to clean my floors all the time so I try not to forget it’s down lol.. other then that love the product. Just making sure I stay using it!!

I've used this for a few weeks and bought it because I have no internal door in my studio to connect my preferred sit up bar to. This thing is entirely pointless and I tried to make it work attaching it to multiple different spots, using the rubber footprint, cleaning both of dirt, cleaning the floor of dirt, and anything else anyone could imagine. I just doesn't work.Edit:It's been a while now and I am currently packing up my apartment. I still used the bar because it was my only option but I could only get in about 10-15 sit ups at a time before it would come up (which was really annoying when I like to do about 50-75 in one go); I will be giving it away or throwing it on my way out - I will also be making sure my next apartment has an internal door.I think it's important for people to hear that getting up the sticky pad from my floor was an absolute pain. It was about a fifteen minute process of having my blow dryer, on such a high heat that my hands hurt, pointed at the next area to be peeled off. Once that was heated up, I'd peel it off then move my blow dryer to the next spot. All the while, the floor of my apartment was coming up and I was worried I was going to completely tear it up. It didn't tear up, but that area of the floor is now a bump that I *think* I may be able to fix before my landlord walks through. This was the only way the sticker would come up - just pulling at it was not enough.

It appears to be too small at first glance but it’s definitely a perfect fit for my homes work out equipment. We plan to use it for it different reasons including yoga so as we use it more we will submit or update the review. I love the fact it takes up little space but do hope I can use or reuse the plate it suctions to with ease and it will still be as stable. Other than that satisfied for now! Great price too!

Either I got a used product or it was nicked up from shipping/being in a warehouse .The product is not bad , suction works well on my floor and it’s easy to assemble . I did 30 sit-ups using it , waited 20 minutes and then did 30 more and it still stayed down .Only problem was the silver nob that sticks out into the slots to keep the bar in place failed and the bar ended up coming out while I was doing sit-ups . Hopefully that doesn’t happened again.(I took a photo of the silver nob that I’m talking about for better a understanding)When trying to make it stick to the ground make sure you apply pressure on the item when pushing down the levers to make it stick in order to get a strong suction seal .Is it perfect ? No but it’s much better then trying to keep my feet down using some dumbbells . I would recommend it . Only thing I wish is that the silver nob was stronger cuz now I’m kind of worried it’ll come out again . Note that maybe it just wasn’t in all the way .

I’ve ordered two of these (different models), hoping the second one would be better. Honestly, I don’t think they’re necessary. This has nothing to do with this particular model, I just think this is one of those pieces of exercise equipment that a person can do without. And it’s particularly difficult if you try to do it on a wooden floor, you have to fix a piece of adhesive and can only do your sit ups in that spot, you can’t move it around which defeats the purpose. So personally, I do not plan on using this and will donate it to charity.

Great and beautiful abdominal trainer. The floor of our house is a wooden floor with a gap in the middle. The seller comes with a pair of auxiliary stickers to solve this problem. The intimate seller fixes it. It is non-slip. The suction power is very strong, and it always puts me in the right position when exercising. I really like it.I I can exercise at home, it will be a great exercise equipment！！Works great. Exactly what I was looking for

disappointed... it clearly had been used before and was not brand new... i still set it up to see if it would work and it keeps losing it’s suction and not sticking. Also it only comes with 1 mat to put on the floor to suction it to so you can’t move it around. If i hadn’t already thrown out the box I would try to return and buy a different one from someone else!

I use this mainly to train my abs, glutes and legs.The bar has messaging function to the feet. The sponges are also very soft. So my feet never hurt even after long time of training. It has two suction cups which makes it secure to the floor on any smooth surface. The aluminum stand has four levels of height so you can easily adjust it according to your needs. It is also easy to assemble and disassemble. I've been using it for almost two weeks and I feel it really helps me with my work out.

Adjustable self suction sit up bar missed while packaging. In that situation how can I assemble the product.Hence I returned the item and replacement needed.Otherwise the product is worth for the money.must buy it.
