SUPER EASY to assemble and use. VERY STURDY. LOVE IT!
If you are afraid to purchase a treadmill because you're worried about how tricky some of them are to assemble, this is the one for you! I kept dragging my feet because when my husband and I put anything together, we end up fighting (LOL!). This was SO simple. A couple screws with washers to hold the arms upright, then a quick plug in of the console, then a couple screws to hold the console in place. DONE!THINGS I LOVE: This is a very simple treadmill. It's not reliant on iFit or any other app. It's for people who just want to get on it and walk/run. You just turn it on and go. I love that it's quiet. Love that you can simply press a button for the MPH or incline you want. I love that you can scroll between whole numbers (for speed and incline) with the +/- buttons on the hand rails. Love the light up display that show you miles, laps, calories burned, speed, incline etc. Love that it feels so sturdy. I hear zero creeks or rattles. The belt moves really smoothly and I've notice NO slippage. The speed changes smoothly. It stops smoothly (no abrupt stop). [For reference, I am not a long-distance runner or runner of any sort. Just a walker/jogger]I was worried the belt would be too narrow and short as it's smaller by an inch in width and 3" in length from my previous treadmill (RIP), but it's fine for me (a 5'6" woman). In short, I LOVE THIS THING!The only cons: Sadly the treadmill arrived with a piece cracked out of the plastic step area that runs along side the belt. It looks kinda bad, but I patched it with a spare piece of plastic so my running shoe won't catch on it if I'm too far to the side. Also, there was an area where the packaging strap ripped into the cardboard box and ground some of the paint off one of the upright bars. Both are cosmetic issues and don't affect the way the treadmill functions. If I could change one thing: It would be the width between the hand holds. Maybe I'm just used to my wider treadmill, but when I swing my arms, I've hit my hands on the handles a number of times. It may just be that I have to get used to this narrower set up. Otherwise, I AM SO IN LOVE WITH THIS TREADMILL! For the price, IT IS GREAT! Will try to report back in 6 months to update.

Solid, Quiet, and Great for Home Workouts
Overall, I’m really impressed. It’s sturdy, runs quietly, and has enough features to keep workouts challenging. The 300 lbs weight capacity and strong alloy steel frame make it feel very stable, even at higher speeds. The 3.5 HP motor handles both running and incline adjustments smoothly without making too much noise, which is great for indoor use.One of my favorite features is the auto incline—it adjusts up to 15 levels, adding a great challenge to my runs. The shock absorption system also makes a difference; I don’t feel as much impact on my knees, which is a big plus. The speed range (0.6 to 10 MPH) is ideal for everything from walking to full sprints. The LCD display is easy to read, showing key stats like speed, time, and calories burned. I also like that it connects via Bluetooth to the app, though I mostly just use the shortcut buttons on the console for quick adjustments. The built-in cup holders are a nice touch, fitting even larger water bottles. The running area is spacious enough for comfortable strides (I’m 5’10” and don’t feel cramped), and the non-slip belt has good traction. It’s also surprisingly easy to set up—it came mostly assembled, and I had it ready in about 20 minutes. Plus, it folds up easily and doesn’t take up too much space when stored. If you’re looking for a solid, quiet treadmill that works well for both walking and running, this is a great option. Definitely worth the price!

Makes me more healthy
I've been using the THERUN Incline Treadmill for a week and am genuinely impressed. First, it's incredibly sturdy—no wobbling or shaking, even at higher speeds. You can tell it's well-built and made to last. One thing I appreciate is how easy it is to use. The controls are straightforward, and switching between speeds or adjusting the incline (up to 15%) is smooth and responsive. My adjustment ability is excellent, whether doing a light walk or an intense incline run.Despite being strong and powerful, the treadmill is surprisingly compact. It doesn't take up much space in my room, and when I'm done, the folding design makes storage super easy. The hydraulic folding system is a nice touch—it folds up easily and safely. It also works well with the app and tracks everything I need, such as distance, heart rate, and incline level. The wide belt gives me enough room to move comfortably without feeling cramped.Overall, I'm pleased with this treadmill. It's solid, functional, space-saving, and delivers everything I need for walking and running home workouts.

Really Nice Machine for the Price
Delivery: Within two days of purchase.Packaging: Perfect, wood/cardboard/Styrofoam were strategically placed to take the punishment. The packing was damaged but the machine was not.Assembly: Following the instructions (mostly illustrations), took about an hour. One correction needed, oiling the belt before using was buried in the back of the book instead of the front. The treadmill exceeded my expectations. Made of steel, it is sturdy. For walking no complaints, cannot speak for running. The available belt area (17" x 47") is ample. The incline controls from 0 to 15 degree in two places, likewise for the speed. If you want to program your routine or use the provided, that is available. The display is nice and not a lot of clutter. The safety kill cord is abrupt in stopping the belt, not to be use routinely. Motor is quiet.A couple of suggested design improvements: A way to place phone or kindle on the console. Second, for the display goes into sleep mode and off.Overall, an excellent purchase for the price.
