No, they are square foams they do not reach the pee hole area

Is it recommended to put this foam (attached to your skin to absorb and then the ab board inside the faja?

Yes 1 foam for each side and in your back and then the ab board in the middle. Make sure they are flat before u close your faja

Yes!! You can cut the foam and add it to your inner thighs so you can help your skin adhere to your body properly. If you had lipo on your lower back, you can use it there, it will help your bbl to take a nice form. I used it that way. Just cut it according to your body type/area.

It’s about the same size as a sheet of paper. Right around 8.5x11, but I’m not measuring. I’m going off memory.
