Orient Electric Cloud 3 Fan with revolutionary Cloudchill™ Technology | Remote Control Lifestyle Pedestal Fan (White, Pack of 1)

The media could not be loaded. Ordered the product and got delivered in time. The installation was fast and smooth. But found the product a total waste of money. The appliance is just a good looking pedestal fan with a remote, and the much hyped Cloudchill technology is a hoax and miserably failed to deliver what is promised, a temperature drop in air upto 12℃, and more if ice and/or chilled water was used. I observed no noticeable drop in temperature. Even ice and water didn't help matters, only adding moisture and causing suffocation. The conversion of water into nanoparticles and mixing with air that Orient calls Cloudchill techology is a failure right from the beginning.I strongly advise not to spend your money on this much-hyped, overpriced, uselessproduct and go for an evaporative cooler instead or better still, an air conditioner.I did not expect such a product from a reputed company like Orient electric.

While a tad early to gauge the full powers of cloud 3 from orient, i am really impressed with aroma mode 👌Provides a good alternate for water coolers which otherwise are heavy, require periodic maintenance of pads and tend to occupy space while lying dormant in winters 😬Aroma mode makes up for the year long useability 👌👌———————Edit 20 Apr -Fan is completely non functional now. It works no more. This is within only 1.5 months of ownershipTrying to contact customer care, however no response yet.Reduced rating to one star only, as the product should have been rigorously tested before launching at steep prices to the customers.Edit 14 May -Have decided to now raise this issue to consumer forum, as the fan is still non functional, after being repaired for pcb once.My first and last purchase from orient

Just bought this product to cool the room during summer. Seems to work and the mist are coming out nicely and the air is cool but cool as AC or air cooler. It solves the problem for me for now. Will write detailed feedback after sometime. Delivery and installation are good.

After Delivering the product it was installed by orient team on same day. Following are my comments1. Day 1 at night water storage indicator lights started blinking continuously.2. Day 2 after working fine for 4 hours - water leakage started from control panel. Registered the complaint with orient call center, technician came with in 2 hrs and solved the problem. Worked fine at night.3. Day 3 started making noise while swing mode was on.4 Day 4/5 main technology of Cloud failed. stoped throwing cloud air. technician came, tried could not solved the issue and asked me to replaced the product.In all this Orient Technicians were very helpful and co-operative.About the product1. Noisy if fan speed is 2 or 32. Reduced temperature upto 12 degrees, I did not experienced it on any dayI didn’t feel it value for money

The media could not be loaded. The mist system stopped working within 10 months.Raised a complaint on 18th April 24.The company had a spare availability issue which till date is not resolved & no confirmation by the company when the part is gonna be arranged.However when the comple was raised the fan was in warranty.Such worst experence of service from Orient is really not expected..Had called many people of the company many times, but none are professional with their work, most of the time saying "will get back to you in 5 minutes" and their 5 minutes ends after 5-6 days that to until I called them back the next time.

First I would like to say that an innovative idea always be welcomed with open arms and in my views Orient has launched a new idea with a different product and its utility what are already in our market, because the product is neither a cooler nor an ac, occupies very low space as a fan only, no issue of maintenance like cooler or ac, comparatively gives cool air than a fan with a blow of air, very easy to move/ shift, very enjoyable in an open balcony and in rooms as well.There are multiple aspects of this product, some are very good and some required to be improved. The things which I genuinely noticed for improvement in this product are:1.Noise level- reducing the noise level of this product may make this product ultimate, however the level of noise is in proportion with the blow of air and speed of fan, but reducing the noise will also give more satisfaction to the customers.2.Easy way for cleanliness- considering the air quality of Delhi, I have noticed that the fans in our houses (either ceiling or table or pedestal or any other fan) becomes very dirty within 10-15 days, if you are using it regularly, and they require proper and periodic cleaning to maintain it’s beauty.As this is a high speed fan hence, in my views dust and dirt will accumulate more frequent on its grills as well as on its blades, which may ruin its beauty because beauty wise this is an ultimate product. For proper and frequent cleaning of the grills and the blades, there should be an easy way, but what I observed is that cleaning of it's grills and blades will consume time and brain and may create the risk of damage of the product, the company must look this issue.3.Cooling- you can't compare this with AC or cooler, but it solves the purpose and you will really enjoy it’s light cooling, however it's maximum achievement will be measured in the season of May /June when the Loo/ heat wave becomes at their peak.4.Value for money- The product has some concerns as explained above which needs to be improved but the product has worth. If the company improves as I felt, I must buy another one at the same cost.5.If you are looking to purchase this product in hurry you may proceed you will enjoy it, but if you are in a position to wait for some time, you should wait because this is a product of Orient, and Orient company must be watching the shared real experiences by it's customers very carefully and will make this fan better on these parameters.6. The feeling of cooling effect (what I am genuinely experiencing) is almost nil during these days in Delhi (May/ June, i am submitting my further review/ experience on cooling effect on 13-6-23). This aspect must be considered by the company for improvement of the performance of the product.But still I think that this would be a unique product, if the company improves it taking into account the fair criticism/ experience of the customers.
