This is a 4 gang switch that fits the size of a single gang. It can be a convenience but in my case, its not, make my 4 gang switch box cant support a single gang switch without a special plate. I cut my 4 gang plate to make it fit the single gang switch landscape wise but it's not perfect and not a permanent solution. Still a good product and it functions perfectly.
