So I did some background checking on this company and turns out they are American owned and do all their own designs, but they have all/some of their products made in China. For some that might be a deal breaker, others may not care.....politics politics.....blah blah blah....I personally usually stay with American made products where ever I can. However I really liked this knife and the price was not bad at all, so I ordered one.......and I have to say I'm really impressed, it's, so far, a quality knife. I mean it..........it feels great......it's sharp....the point is no joke, and it's heavy.......it's really a nice knife. The only thing I don't like about it is the case.....I really prefer to be able to screw the belt clip down to the case on both sides, not just one, it makes it feel a little flimsy. Otherwise the case is nice and the knife fits it tightly........so far I'm a fan of takumitak

I was skeptical to purchase this given the lack of reviews. But after reading the materials used in the knife I decided to give it a shot. I was not disappointed! The sheath fits very snug and the knife snaps into it securely. It is a bit tough to draw out of the sheath and I could imagine if you were wearing it on your belt it might not be ideal if you need to access it quickly. But usually these Kydex sheaths end up loosening a bit overtime. This is not a huge blade by any means it feels good in the hand, it’s heavy and thick and I would feel confident hammering the back of this thing to split wood if I had to. Definitely full tang and has a nice little glass breaker/lanyard hole on the back. I think this is the perfect knife for a bug out bag. It’s large enough to get the job done and small enough to wear concealed if you chose to do that. Buy it!
