Works well
Was a bit confused what all the bits did since there were no instructions. Since the time of the other reviews I think they added a new rubber seal, but with no instructions where to put it. I placed it at the bottom of the plastic part to create a better seal between the base of the hopper and my Sette 30. It seemed to have worked well, I don’t have the issue the other reviewers say about the bellows not doing anything. While the grinder is running, pump a few times and any retained grinds come out. Looks super sleek as well.

Pretty good
Everything fits snuggly. The bellow should be stronger. Maybe if it was wider or taller. But I didn't even know it came with a slow feeder when I ordered it, so 5 stars.

Nice upgrade to the stock hopper on the Sette 270
Fits the Sette 270 great. Works exactly as intended: the bellows blows out the grinds and reduces the retention from the stock setup. You don't even need to open up the grinder to coarsest setting to blow out residual as the documentation suggests. It might work best doing it that way, but I found it's unnecessary. Was surprised at the quality of the materials. No 3D printed parts! If I had to find a con, I wish the aluminum lid was a bit easier to take on and off, but the workaround is to leave the lid in place and just remove the bellows when loading beans into the grinder. It's much easier to do that than to replace the lid. Not much of an issue at all. Also, I didn't receive the clear plastic replacement lid as shown in the item description, but I'm not missing it.Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and it's a nice upgrade to the stock hopper.

Works for Single Dosing but Not Retention
Ultimately, bellows just don't seem to work with the Baratza Sette 270. I suspect this is due to the way the burs rest in the housing: air hits the top of the burs but then flows out into the housing. Given the burs sit so closely for espresso grinding, the air flow through them is then extremely minimal. Meaning, retained grinds aren't pushed out much, if at all. However, the product is well made, and I still use the bellows section as a single dosing hopper to spray and shake beans before grinding.

Absolutely beautiful.
I’ve had this grinder for 4 years and finally a product that works and looks absolutely fantastic. The real deal here.

Super cool concept... Works most of the time.
The accordion top works super well to clear fines from the burrs after use. It comes with a plastic lid as well, if preferred. The ONLY issue, is the tabs don't press against the safety switch inside the grinder quite as well as a Baratza hopper does. This sometimes leads to the grinder not starting cause it thinks there is no hopper, and one must twist this out then back in again to get the grinder to grind. Kinda annoying.

Don't buy, save your money
I bought it because it looked like a clever idea. However, it does not work. The few coffee dusts that peppered the white paper I placed underneath after I pumped it three times were the results of the shaking not the air forced by the pump. How do I know that? You get the same results after you tap the side of the grinder. In addition, the rubber pump and the plastic housing or the cover do not fit well. Why didn’t I return it? Charity for a clever entrepreneur. and laziness. Idea for improvement – both sides of the rubber pump should be capped with plastic for easier attachment and detachment.
