I don't know how these compare to other sorts, they sounded just right on a homemade hardwood xylophone.

Impressive, good quality sticks
These mallets came very quickly and are of very good quality. I would reccomend them to students starting out on the xylophone as rubber sticks are easier to play with than wooden ones. Also, as a matter of personal preference, I prefer the sound that these make to that of the wooden ones I now use - it is much purer and cleaner (albeit less 'xylophoney'). However, if you are buying sticks to use in a concert the sound made by these is, however nice, very quiet, and cannot be heard over an orchestra. Hence I have now ended up with the much more dissapointing quality wooden sticks from the same seller.

Sehr gute Schlägel mit langem Griff und etwas härterem Gummi. Kein Plastik. Sehr gutes Produkt. Habe diese und eine etwas weichere Variante behalten.

Je voulais des frappes dur à la manière des maillets en hêtre. Le rouge code couleur pour des maillets dur ne donne pas le même son que ces derniers entièrement en bois dur...
