Great Airplane Set, Cobi Continues to Impress
I love Legos. Grew up with them and as an adult find myself drawn back to them. As an adult, I found Cobi and Cobi offers something Lego doesn't...more realistic, military themed sets. I have many Cobi plane sets and they are all very nice. The printed pieces and having no stickers is a huge premium bonus you get with Cobi and something I appreciate immensely. I also find the way the pieces in a build are used and go together often make the build experience itself quite satisfying, not just the final product.This specific plane has a very nice build and ends up being quite stout, a bit larger body size that other Cobi fighters I have built. The quality is great and the added fueling truck is nice. My only complaint is that as Cobi makes these planes heftier, they need to evolve their stand to me more robust. The single piece that inserts into the bottom of the plane and the brick built stand is not quite strong enough and you get a significant amount of wobble with the plane in this set. I think it is time for Cobi to introduce a beefier stand element or perhaps a more elaborate brick built stand riser.Overall this is a great set, and another example of Cobi having a unique offering at a quality point equal or above there competitors.

My grandson loves the Cobi military line (me too, I have several). They are all well made and when finished are very nice.

On par with Lego quality and a great build!
I’ve been a customer for COBI for quite awhile and when I get questions about the quality I am quick to respond with saying “It’s great quality”.In fact it is practically the same quality as Lego and the instructions are great. Also I think it’s great that COBI has finally has a P-47 available for purchase.
