this, together with sage leaf & red clover, has improved my menopause symptoms so much. my hot flushes were so bad I;d be bright red, have sweat hanging off my earlobes and forget my own name but have been taking this for nearly two months and the difference is huge. highly recommend for other women going through the same.

Have been taking these for a month. Over the past 2 weeks have had a REALLY REALLY upset tummy: extremely painful cramps like period pains, severe digestive issues. Couldn’t understand what it was! The only difference in my dietary intake is these tablets. I googled it and lo and behold, massive list of side effects including gastrointestinal issues, headaches, dizziness and even liver damage. Did absolutely nothing for hot flashes either; in fact made them worse because of the anxiety of having to rush to the loo at a second’s notice. There should be a disclaimer specifying side effects!

I have only just received these so can comment on weather or not they work. I was however really dissatisfied with the fact that the package was battered and also had tablets missing from one of the blisters. This really is shocking!!

Ladies - all I can say is THEY work. Hot flushes have decreased by 80%. I'm sticking to them until this horrible phase of my life is over. They are brilliant.

These really do the trick. Took a while to work out the most suitable time for me to take these but once I did then they have proved to be a good solution. I do still get sweats but nowhere near as bad and I am now able to sleep.

This worked for me. You have to take the tablets for at least a month to get results

These were my last hope at stopping my hot flushes. Although they are not quite as bad I'm still getting them. I have only taken them for just over a month so I'm going to give them a bit longer.
