I have used this type of dispenser in the past, but it was AAA battery operated and failed after a few years of use.This product is rechargeable and seems to be better suited for wet applications. In my prior dispenser, it was necessary to water down the soap, but this dispenser handles uncut Dawn dishwashing liquid without any issues. Sometimes it takes a second to activate the sensor, but once you get the right position, the dispenser works well.

Have been using this product after having a poor experience with a few other brands. It’s been a few months and I haven’t had to charge them (they last a really really long time) and works very smoothly. No notes.

I used to have a regular soap pump, and every time I washed my hands, water would collect under the bottle, causing pink mold to form. It was hard to keep clean and became a hassle. This soap dispenser completely solved that problem, which I really appreciate.The touchless sensor works great just place your hand underneath, and the soap comes out automatically, making it much more hygienic and convenient. Plus, it charges via USB-C, which is super convenient and eliminates the need for batteries.If you're looking for a cleaner, more efficient way to wash your hands, I definitely recommend this product!

This product works very well. Looks nice and isn't too obtrusive. It is a little difficult to change the amount of soap - having to press buttons a certain amount of times - it doesn't seem to be totally reliable. I did buy two of these. One of them was clearly used and was a return. I decided to keep it because it was clean and clearly not used much, but you might want to make sure it has a sticker on top and that it takes some time to initially charge.

So far so good. Easy to use, shoots out a good amount of soap each time. Looks nice and easy to charge. Might actually give too much soap on low would be my only complaint.

Great purchase! Unlike soap dispensers in many public restrooms, this one has never failed to recognize my hand swipe.

I can't speak to longevity yet as I've only been using it a few months. It holds a good amount of soap for a 1-2 person household. The only flaw is you have told hold your hand under it for a second after it dispenses because extra soap trickles out. That is annoying sometimes, and if you have guests, they won't know to do that. A model with batteries and the charging cord would be nice.
