A big build up occurs where the plastic piece connects to the glass storage compartment and therefore the contents does not come out through dispenser as intended. Once two pieces are unscrewed spillage occurs, this wasting contents.

The product arrived in perfect condition & they are exactly what you'd be expecting. In my opinion, the better of the versions offered out there, such as aluminum & steel. I also need to mention that the customer service was perhaps the best I have encountered, especially recently. After placing the order there was a very expansive shipping window & apparently I was given a tracking number that was not functional. I sent a message & not only did the seller reply within the day, but was extremely courteous, polite & apologetic for any issues. They continued to keep communication prompt & polite until the issue was resolved. I wish every seller held customer service policies that were this concise, professional & friendly.
