This product is ideal. I don't understand the people who say they need more instructions to get it going. It couldn't be simpler if it tried. You plug it in to the wall, put the USB cable into your laptop and a cable into the headphone socket on your laptop. All you then need is one of those little cube speakers to attach to it and you are off! You can use your sound system but I found the quality fine with one of those little speakers. The choice of songs is great and obviously you don't need to use theirs. You get one month's free subscription so you can sing along as much as you want. My daughter likes to sing to Barbie so I just look on youtube for songs with the words (there are hundreds of them) and use those instead (saves you a subscription if you don't want to pay after your month is up). The sound quality of the microphone is excellent and I love that you can turn the music up and down as well as the echo. My friend loves the echo but I'm not so keen so it's up to you. I highly recommend this, get a bottle of wine, some friends round and have a good party.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICEUnfortunately the karaoke machine is not working properly and the voice is few secs delayed and make it singing impossible. Very disappointed, but the customer service wrote to me and offered to send me a new mixer, that I received in few days. The new mixer works perfectly and I am really enjoying it!

For the price, this was perfect for karaoke nights at home. Friends, neighbours, poor unfortunates from nearby cities, were treated to an evening of awful renditions of Bohemian Rhapsody and some pretty Stella Bowie covers, and we had a great evening.The lucky voice app itself is alright, but fairly limited in its music selection. Combining it with YouTube karaoke tracks meant we had a passable selection, and it’s easy enough to subscribe to for a month at a time. They would really have to improve their selection if they wanted me to pay for it regularly.

We wanted this karaoke machine with mic for a child's party, thank goodness we attempted to set up a few days before our party, this still took a few hours to set up and suggests it needs to be way simpler.So disappointed in the quality of the microphones they also worked haphazardly. The system sometimes played through TV but was not consistent enough to use for a party & couldn't use for the party at all. We had brought additional Microphone but this was the same. It's a shame as it looked really neat and the coloured Microphones were fab.The after sales were very poor - zero response to phone calls and very delayed response to email. Infact so late that we had already returned product for a full refund and party had been & gone.Despite getting a free trial you still need to add full credit card details and this we also didn't like. Especially as it would only be used a couple of times a year. We cancelled subscription same day as signing up.

This Kareoke set is brilliant we bought this for Xmas when we hosted and we couldn’t get family off it! It’s come a long way since the giant machines we had when I was young!Pros: loads and loads of songs to choose from, fab quality sound, really small box to store when not in use.When we couldn’t find a song we used the iPad to search on YouTube and found what we needed so kind of makes the subscription redundant.Let your 2, 5 and 7 year old play on it while you get alllll your housework done, the fun they have is priceless!Cons: you have to pay for a subscription to access the song list which once your free trial has ended feels a bit expensive to continue. (We had no problems cancelling the free trial).You still need good quality speakers to link the machine up to which luckily we had a Sony radio/cd player that plays excellent sound.Only one mic means you fight over the mic when singing so we bought another which add to cost.

Very much enjoyed the set with everyone during Xmas.great laughs and very enjoyable.

This is fantastic way to have fun with your friends. Plugs easily into my surround sound stereo and sounds amazing. Great product and would absolutely recommend.

Bought to use plugged through my PC connected to a TV. The mic audio does not get output through the PC. You need an external speaker to put the mic through which is annoying. Should be able to feed the mic back through the PC and output on the TV as well. I picked a product that was small handy and required as few extra components as possible. Might not have purchased this if I realised I'd always need an external speaker to make it work. Because the mic routes through an external box into a speaker you cannot route the music from the website in the same way or the music and lyrics are no longer in sync. To make this work and sync up you have to let the music play from the tv and then have the mic connected through different speakers. The syncing issue was a problem at the beginning until I undid the setup suggested on their website and do it as described above. I could and cannot find any options anywhere that allowed me to delay the video in order to sync everything. This would seem like an easy obvious fix to this issue. Controls should be introduced to add latency and EQ songs.The search function on the website is decent. The QR code function for other people to search and add songs is a good idea BUT the search function on the phone isn't as good. They don't have a general browse library option which is also annoying. The playlist option off a phone doesn't give you the option to manually reorder the playlist. You can only shuffle it or choose the I'm feeling lucky option. You also cannot remove songs from the playlist on the phone.Overall it is a decent product - I liked how small and compact it is and how easy it is to get at and use the library of songs. I just hope they can make their interface for it better.

Very easy to hook up and use. The revert is a bit too basic with only an adjustable echo effect. There was quite a bit of static noise when the music isn't playing but that's pretty much expected at this price. The app works surprisingly well though.
