I had to have it professionally installed and it still doesn’t work well. Not much instruction on install or software. Once installed the unit tends to do things in the back ground automatically like change settings randomly. I don’t recommend doing this by yourself. The display light is soft also I have it on the highest brightness during the day and it’s barely visible. Actually software sucks and basic. Apple car works reverse cam works randomly not all the time. Wires in back are thin and short so not the best wire gage and connections. Works but I probably should have just forked out an extra $100 or so and got a branded unit with apple car that worked correctly with the car harnesses. Also steering wheel buttons do not work. No real instructions to figure out how everything connects so it’s trial and error for installer and the more he fiddles around the long it takes costing more money to install.
