What can I say, great knife Lionsteel products are excellent all the way around

I was looking for a 3” fixed blade to try out for EDC and this was the one I was recommended on Reddit. It’s blade shape and handle build fits about 85% of what I’m looking for in a fixed blade and I think I will definitely like it once I get to carrying it.The leather sheath it comes with is very nicely stitched and made. While I am not a fan of leather sheaths due to sweat absorption and increased wear over time, credit where credit is due with such a nice production leather sheath. As for the edge, I will say that I was rather someone mediocre as neither of the two edges were ground symmetrically, which led me to have to resharpen the knife.As for how it carries, I have yet to carry it as I am still looking for a custom Kydex sheath maker for scout carry. The leather sheath only permits vertical carry, which just does not suit my needs. However, given the steel, the build, and the lanyard, I do foresee it being a good knife to recommend others.

Factory edge left a little to be desired, a light touch up and strop quickly remedied that. If you have large hands, you might not like this knife. The lanyard is unobtrusive yet useful in removing the knife from the sheath. This is what I would expect from Lionsteel. 5 Stars!

Arrived earlier than expected. Good edge, well finished. Have not used it yet.

Awesome feel in the hand, great ergonomics, crowned spine, great steel. Had to return as one of the walnut scales was cracked out of the box.

A lynyard doesn’t replace the need for larger handle, no place for my pinky. A bit small blade for daily food cutting. I would prefer a kydex sheath since it try to cut the leather sheath if not careful when pulling it out or inserting it in.

Nice knife, solid construction, however slightly small for my hand, sheath is nice and tight, blade steel is perfect
