Good features of Door lock , but poor installation support .
Disappointed by the Technicial support.Ozone installation guy drilled hole at wrong location for key cylinder, spoiled door , did not show up for three days. I had to call another carpenter and fixed at correct location. Ozone arranged for demo by the same guy , though I asked for a different technician . Asking for compensation for the damaged main door .

You cannot unlock it remotely unless 9# is pressed on the lock
The only major drawback of this lock is that you can’t open this lock remotely through app unless someone at the door press 9#, which is senseless command. How you expect a guest to know which button to press to request unlock. Home users should be able to unlock the door remotely from anywhere without any unlock command. Ozone should seriously add this feature is the app else it’s a useless lock
