I like this product very much, it's very lightweight around my neck, keeping your hands free to do almost anything you want, within reason, I've had a lot of hand held ones, in the past but this is the best! Charge it up for the recommended time and you're good to go for 3 months! Look after it, don't treat it rough and hopefully I'll last for a long time, it's slightly noisy but not obtrusive, feel the breeze under the trees, cheers Marie 👍 😀 😄

Hate to discuss but menopause has hit. my head is too hot while the rest of my body is cool or cold, this is ideal for cooling just my head, cannot hear it on full speed with my headphones on so is perfect for when I am sitting playing PC games and messing about on the internet listening to music - Which I do a lot. I don't know how it is when moving about a lot as I am not very mobile but for me it is ideal and I love it. Got it in black after reading an ad about it and bought it on the spot. As with all neck fans (my husband and friends have different models) this is a bit noisy, but they all are because you have 2 fans whizzing around just below your ears! That being said it is excellent to be able to walk around with a cooling breeze blowing over your face without having to waft a fan around or hold a mini-fan in your hand. Obviously it cannot hold a big battery so the charge life will vary depending upon usage, but what I did like is that this device seemed a bit lighter than others I have tried making it more comfortable to use.

Although the fan is not as strong as it appears in the advert, when on the highest setting it certainly cooled me down during the hot weather. It is lightweight too, and can eadily be adjusted so the air hits the right spots over neck and face. The on/off/intensity button could do with being easier to reach though. But all in all l am happy to recommend this neck fan.

It says to charge it for 2 hours when you get it but I was too eager and started using it straight away. Came in so handy as I was on BBQ duties today in this 30 degrees beautiful sunshine and it ran for a full 2 hours!! Believe me it saved me from melting! I bought it as I work at a well known Bakery company and the heat in there is a killer so can’t wait to use it at work! Best Buy for the Sumner for me. Fingers crossed I have many more usages to come. Highly recommend this item.

Definitely one of my best buys, does an excellent job of keeping you cool great for holidays, at the airport, hot flushes 🥵only for inside unless really calm an hot outside, a bit noisy but can put up with it to keep cool. Definitely recommend

Bought this for my mum and she loves it. The only downside, and not a massive one, is it’s hard to find the off/on switch when it’s round your neck

I like the look, it's flexible and comfortable to wear and it definitely cools but it's noisy particularly on the left side. The red light indicating it's charging is tiny and difficult to see which makes it hard to know if it's fully charged given that the light goes off when fully charged.
