Excellent guide
It is nice and portable and has all the features you would want from a travel guide. I love the photos, useful information, language, maps, and lists the must see places. Well worth the money.

Pretty good, restaurant recommendations a little less
With outdated Lonely Planet and discontinued Marco Polo ones, this is the best pocket guide for Istanbul as of early 2024.Detailed contents and maps are their selling points.

Excellent Pocket Guide Book.
Not the first time I have bought the DK series of tourist guide books. Wherever you might be travelling these pocket guide books are a great companion. I particularly like the sightseeing recommendations based on how long your stay is. Highly recommended!

Clear. Presume. Bright.
I chose this as this series is always extremely well illustrated and full of as much information as one needs for an initial trip. It didn’t disappoint.

Kindle edition was hard work
I like the paper copies of these guides but the kindle edition was just hard work. Navigating the pages was a mess and it was difficult to find things on the hoof.Maps too small to be useful
