I am writing to inform you about an issue I have encountered with the Hilldow Mini Drone for Kids Adults with 1080P HD Camera, Foldable FPV, which I purchased from your store approximately two months ago.Regrettably, the drone has recently developed a malfunction. One of the wings seems to have stopped spinning, rendering the drone incapable of flying. Despite my attempts to troubleshoot and fix the issue, the problem persists. As a result, my kids and I are extremely disappointed with the product, which has turned out to be a waste of money.I understand that both Amazon's and the seller's return policies only allow customers to request refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. However, considering the circumstances and the fact that the issue has only become apparent recently, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter.I have been a loyal customer of Chingford for several years, and I have always been satisfied with the quality of products and customer service provided. Therefore, I am reaching out to you in the hopes that you can help me find a solution, such as a refund or a replacement for the defective drone.I have attached a copy of my purchase receipt for your reference. Please let me know what steps I need to take to initiate the return process or discuss alternative solutions. I got this because it says it’s easy to control. If you work for NASA maybe, but for mere mortals it’s a pain in the arse,I got it to take off ok but it then buggered off over the field at the back of the house. Took my sons ages to find it

It’s a good little drone for the price but not good in even a slight breeze but on a calm day it’s great

This is a fun little drone. I have to state i dont have much experience of using drones so my review is from the basis of a novice! This is a mini drone and when you unpack it you can see why - it is small! It comes in a handy carry case where the drone can be folded up and stored along with the remote and blades...... I found the remote to feel and look cheap, being of cheap plastic although this being said didn't take anything away from the functionality. The blades are thin but it is supplied with 4 extra blades and a set of blade protectors. There is also 2 rechargeable batteries for the drone which i found each one lasting just over 10 mins so when both used you might get 25 mins fly time if you are lucky. I found charging time to be a couple of hours. The instructions are clear and after some practice I think I can control it relatively well! There is about a 50m range from the controller. The drone can be connected via an app to your mobile which I found easy to set up and this allows you to take photos and pictures direct to your phone. I found both to be of high quality, the device stating 1080P HD. The remote doesn't come with batteries and will need 3 x AA. All in all this is a great little drone with a reasonable quality camera, I was very pleased.

Pros:1- The drone is very easy to use, even if you have never used one of these before. It comes with a detailed instruction manual too.2- It is portable and comes with all the necessary accessories.3- The drone is suitable for outdoor use. However, it would be best if you searched about the drone restrictions laws in your city or area.4- I really liked that structure can be folded, which makes putting it in the case much easier and safer.Cons:1- this drone is not designed to be used for long-distance areas. This is because it has a limited battery life and range. However, I think this is ok for urban and personal use, but it depends on your preferences.2- It won't be suitable in all environments and weather conditions. For example, I would avoid using these in areas with high trees and strong winds.3- more information about the safety of its battery is needed.

I did not get round to returning this in the time frame, so stuck with it now.On teh 2nd flight we did with it one of teh plastic stabilisering winges cracked on landing. Now it does not fly!!!! Perhaps the supplier can look at this & send some spare bits so I can improve on this review.
