Due to work stress my routine had gone for a toss and my wife suggested me this Ashwagandha tea as I am not a capsule/tablet person, trust me it is just 3 cups and I can feel relax and more focused. I would continue and update my next set of result.

The inner packaging of this tea is some net kind of material and thats not good...when you dip thay in your cup of tea....the tea sort of comes out of the bag and you have to deal with that....and i have tried other green tea from other brands like goodwyn...thats in the same price range as this is...but the quality is not good...i would say for the price you are paying

All The packets are opened not firmly closed . I can’t use it in office to drink as it needs to be sieved

I really like this tea. I drink it before bed to help me unwind. It smells a little pungent right out of the bag , but the taste is actually quite delicate and nice!
