Will the epomaker sea salt silent switch work with a hot-swappable 3 to 5 pins keyboard?

Hi there, Yes, sea salt silent switch do work with hot-swappable 3 to 5 pins keyboard.

Are there a Switch remover with the switches ?

There is no switch remover shipped with these switches. (This is normal... usually switch pullers are purchased separately or come with hot-swappable keyboards) I'd recommend this one: https://www.amazon.com/Stainless-Mechanical-Keyboard-Removing-keyboard/dp/B075CZCTXM or if you want a very VERY nice one: https://www.amazon.com/Gateron-Mechanical-Keyboard-Switches-Replacement/dp/B09PN4R7Z9
