Lightweight support..one size fits most!
I really like this lower back support as it is very lightweight. (100G) 140cm in length.It feels very comfortable wearing. The velcro fastening is easy to use & fits most sizes. There is an extra velcro strap on each side to further secure.I use it when gardening just that little support & reminder not to over do it!The self heating feature is fabulous as it really soothes the back.If you require a robust support ..this one is probably not for you. The quality feels OK...but time will tell in its longevity.. I will update.Made from breathable materialsGood value at amazing price of £6.79.I can reccommend . I had exactly the same style which lasted 3 years..I hope this lasts as long..although my previous back support was a bit thicker & heavier. Hopefully weight & thickness won't affect durability.

Excellent product
This is a very clever product . Only issue is no instructions or explanation about how it works but it certainly does deliver heat . I messaged the seller and they explained so here goes . It’s simply a matter of rubbing a very small amount of water on the pads at the back of the belt . Once positioned it simply uses your body heat to produce heat . It’s honestly as good as those expensive pads you can buy for one off use and rubs etc . Well worth buying it’s amazing

Poor quality
Flimsy and will not give great support to the back. Unable to return it for a refund as it was delivered with other items I am satisfied with Part of a composite order. I guess you get what you pay for. If I can’t return it it will go into the bin. Informed not to return it and refund given in full. Excellent outcome. Well done Amazon!

Self heating back support
This belt self heats as long us it against your skin not over clothing.Downside is the edges wrinkle and can become uncomfortable.For the price it is definitely worth a try as the heat does help ease my lower back pain.
