Robust multi-purpose steaks
These are solid yard stakes. While they are advertised for edging and terraces, I use them for staking and wrapping large upright bushes to prevent wind damage. The molded plastic is strong and can withstand being driven into the hard Colorado clay-heavy soil. I appreciate that they are made of molded plastic, so I don't have to worry about corrosion.

Sturdy Plastic Stakes
If you've purchased plastic landscape edging before, in many instances you probably felt it didn't come with enough plastic stakes. These fill that gap.Despite breaking two, these stakes are sturdy and hammer in easily, even when pounding them into hard soils. The first that broke may have been a fluke and in the photo shown, you can see that some air bubbles must have formed in the molding process. It snapped with a surprisingly soft blow, especially compared to how hard I drove the others in. The second broke when I tried to use the tab to pull and readjust the location of the stake - hard clay soil and prying up on the securing tab didn't mix. If you try to remove these, using the tab as the pry point probably isn't the best idea. The securing tab fit well over the temporary plastic edging border I was installing and these stakes were thicker and seemed more sturdy than the small amount of clips that the edging came with. I ended up using the stakes only in the install, as I favored them over the edging's contained stakes.Overall they seem like quality and sturdy stakes. Use caution if you have to pull one up and avoid using the securing tab to try and do so.

Solved my wood stake bender-board separation problem
These are sturdy plastic stakes that pound into the ground quite nicely (the ground had been softened by some serious rain). As installed, they provide a substantial amount of holding power. Even though the ground was soft, it was difficult to pull one of them out when I decided to reposition it. As can be seen in the included photos, I was able to reposition my vinyl bender-board back to the wood stakes where it supposed to be, as well as tighten-up the overlapping joints between the bender-board sections. The only negative with these stakes is that the clip used to go over the top of the bender-board to hold it down is only wide enough for one thickness of board. As a result, a gap between the boards results when overlapping boards are staked in this way. That said, the stakes can be installed with the top clip feature deactivated by facing it away from the bender-board to eliminate such gaps. See photos.I thought I’d only use a few, but to my surprise, they were so easy to install, and worked so well, I used them all.

Worked great for my edging
I had for the edging from Home Depot and it came with stakes but the stakes that it came with didn’t work out well and wasn’t long enough. So I ordered this for my edging and it worked great! Even better than the one that came with the edging. I tried using the edge overlapped with another edging but it can’t fit so when I hammered it, it has split and broke. But it works great for just single edging. I had pounced it with the hammer into the soil and didn’t break or anything. It held on tight. My edging is perfect now. This is a great quality stake. It’s thick and feels like it will hold up for long time. Will order more if needed.

Pretty good set of plastic stakes.
This is a a good sturdy set of plastic steaks that are great for use in softer areas of the yard. They're easily hammered into place with a plastic mallet and function well.Being plastic, they're not very good in areas or yards with a lot of hard packed or rocky dirt. I could not use them in my back yard due to hard rocky soil. But they worked perfectly for my grandmother.

They hammer in nicely
I used these plastic edging stakes for Christmas yard inflatables and I would say that approximately 40% of them broke when pulling them up. The 'spike' parts are thick and don't break when they are going in, the issue with these is the loop near the top is thin and the only way to get these out to pull them by that loop, which breaks. If you are using them for edging, and don't plan to move them, I am sure these are great, if you need to pull these stakes out—for any reason—you may run into the same problem I have with them.

Good Quality, Great Price.
I used to use metal stakes for outdoor applications and got sick of them rusting out in a year. I have since switched to plastic and been fairly pleased. I use them for a lot of things including securing wood piles, creating trellises in the garden, securing random things in the duck or chicken coops, and various other landscaping tasks. These stakes are a phenomenal deal – both in terms of quality and quantity. They hold securely, won't degrade in the weather so they can be reused, and are perfect for a variety of tasks around the house. My first test was to use them to tether paracord guy-lines to tarps to keep newly split firewood dry for next season. The integrated clip securely held the hitch, the stake was large enough to securely anchor in the ground, and I have no doubt they will last.
