These are the perfect size for a 2 year old to play with.

My little guy loves playing with these. He enjoys naming the animals and creating stories with them. They are small, but still effective. I got them originally for a sensory bin, but he plays with them as is.

This year for the holidays I decided to add a nativity scene to my household decorations, so naturally I went with Dinosaurs. I picked a respectably priced set that looked to be the scale I wanted and crossed my fingers.Boy did I luck out.This dino set came with their own crèche, helpfully labelled "Romantic Hut". I mean the palms and eggs were great for the ambiance too but the "Romantic Hut" was the perfect background I didn't know I needed for my nativity-dino-scene.To be fair, I might have added some more colorful highlights to the dino selected for display, and several needed some pediatrist intervention to stand on their own, but the translation flub made it totally worth it.
