Great figure!
Blister card has a good look to it. I still prefer seeing the product in the package and like having the option of keeping in package (though I do unbox most figures). IMO better than the previous 2008 release in the Spider-Man Classics series. Much better expression and proportions. The only thing the 2008 might win on is a black mask. In the comics, the character's mask sometimes matches his boots and gloves. They are colored black with blue highlights which is traditionally what is used as black in comics (no, Superman does not have blue hair). Marvel Handbook does have the mask as all blue though so I'm good with that being the color chosen on this new version which already beats the old release by a mile.

Finally! An action figure of the iconic Spiderman villain!
I had been waiting for an action figure of Tarantula for some time.It matches the other figures in this series very well.

GREAT FIGURE!
Love this figure! Always liked the Tarantula as a character. Not a huge fan of his blue mask, though. In the comics, it always came across as black to me with the blue highlights used--as comics always do--to show light reflection from black hair or material. Plus, black worked with the rest of his costume. Whatever. It's easily something I can paint over, if it really bothers me. Also, he could have used some extra accessories, like heads, hands, or weapons. I remember one comic book where he lunged towards Spider-Man with long spikes coming out from the end of each one of his fingers on his gloves. THAT would be cool. I would buy another, especially if my paint job doesn't work out.

The arm on this figure is really gummy plus I don’t think this figure is that good.

Peter Parker The Spectacular Spider-Man #1
For a figure with pinned joints and no accessories, I really ended up really liking this figure. He has such a great retro look, don't you agree?

Cheap
It has 0 accessories which you can see clearly, but still doesn't change the fact Hasblo is cheap and lazy. The joints on this figure are so gummy the left arm elbow is literally like silly puddy. I can't even move it or it's going to rip. Cheap cheap and cheap. This figure should have come syatiggt put of the gate 4 bucks
