Wow, what a beautiful brush! I first used it on my own hair because I have fine hair that tangles and mats easily similar to a doodle. It was great for removing tangles. The pins are very long and flexible and gentle and don’t cause any discomfort. When I used it on my goldendoodle it went easily through his thick coat and removes tangles and dead hair very well. The brush looks beautiful and is well made with a wooden handle. It works great but I may not give it to the dog, I like it too much. Definitely recommend for both human and dog.

By far, this is the best brush I have ever purchased for my full coat Chinese Crested Powderpuffs. It is gentle on the hair and reaches all the way through to the skin without scratching or poking their skin. Love it!

My puppy developed a fear of being brushed after I initially used a standard slicker brush. I got this brush in hopes of making it a more pleasant experience and can happily say that now brushing is a great experience. The brush is comfortable to hold and the pins are smooth and painless for the dog. . A win-win for everyone. I had an issue with a few pins coming out and the company responded quickly and has sound out a replacement. You couldn't ask for better support.

I’ve tried cheap brushes, human brushes, & expensive brushes. This one so far is the best.The metal pins are long enough to get through her long hair. And no static electricity when I brush her out!! It’s a decent weight…not too heavy, but heavy enough to get down in the hair without having to push the brush down against her. It’s not going to pull through any mats, but it’s not designed to. The pillow flexes just enough so I know when I hit a mat and can get out the comb/detangle juice/scissors. It has made daily brushing very manageable.I like the brush so much I’ve started using it on my hair!! It feels REALLY good on the scalp.

This is a beautiful brush!! Easy to hold does a great job on your dog! Not only does it work good, but the company actually cares! You get a little thank you card! Along with their phone # and email incase there's any problems!! I will defiantly buy from them again if I need any thing! The brush itself works as expected. Gets my Sheepadoodle's coat prepared for slicker brushing. Nothing miraculous but does the job. After using this a few times it smells awful. A wierd metalic smell that I can't stand. Like cheap jewelry after being worn a few times but on steroids. I stopped using the brush because of it.

Tried a couple brushes for my little English cocker spaniel and this one wins. It went through all of his coat without pulling his hair contrary to other brushes I tried for long haired dogs, removed some of the already spring shedding coat and made his coat look smoother due to the shedding coat taken off. P.s there were two places where his coat was about to be become matted due to snow and it went through it like butter without any detangling product.

The brush glided through my dogs coats! I have 3 breeds, pomeranian, sheltie and collies. They all have double coats and this brush worked awesome! Going to order another one so I have a spare.

Have bought way too many brushes for our bernedoodle that don't work. This one has longer 'bristles' and goes right through her thick hair. She hates being brushed but tolerates this one! That is a plus!

Great brush comparable to a professional brush at a much lower cost. Great when line brushing my sheltie.
