The Santiago Trilogy: A Dark Mafia Romance

This is Dante Santiago and Eve Miller’s amazing love story. He is a billionaire, a Colombian Mafia don who goes on a mission to Miami but on his way out, kidnaps a young investigative reporter who becomes his captive in his island in Africa. It’s a fortress she can’t escape from but in a twist of fate, they fall in love and fall hard for each other. This beautiful roller coaster ride of a story is riveting, thrilling, engrossing, intriguing, engaging, super spicy sexy, heartbreaking and full of never-ending suspense. This is my first book of this very talented author and I’m sure I’ll crave for more.

I need a minute after this one. A minute to breathe it in. This was by far the best book I have read in a very long time. I couldn’t put it down. Amazing story. Top notch writing. Perfect smut. Romance. True love that defies everything. I can’t come up with one thing I’d change about this book. It’s going to take me a second to get over it and then I’m going to consume everything this author has ever written. Bravo Catherine Wiltcher!!

This book is so good! The twists and turns just kept coming and it was so much more than I ever could’ve expected it to be. Eve and Dante are two vastly different characters who fit so seemingly together. This book also has some amazing side characters like Joseph, Anna, Manuel, and Rick. Phenomenal. This book is simply phenomenal. I loved the way it was written, the author definitely knew how to write a crime book without fail. The plot, characters, and overall story line were amazingly well put together. Dante is 100% that crime lord sexy bad guy that you fantasize about haha. Eve is a very strong woman who fights her own battles but Dante's as well. I loved the back and forth bantering between them both, and the love they developed for one another is out of this world. It's that soul crushing type of love that some of us wish we had. The chemistry is off the charts, get ready to fan yourselves a few times over. The secondary characters were also well developed and like the story, they too grew and became spectacular parts of this trilogy.I've read many crime/romance books but this one takes the cake. It's so well written that you feel like you're living the life of these characters. Many secrets are revealed which play a big role in why some characters are the way they are. My heart wept for Dante mostly but I won't go into detail about why.If you enjoy crime based books with a good romance story twisted into it then you need to read this trilogy. It will not disappoint.

I have never had a trilogy hold onto my attention like this one. It was so good, unpredictable, with far less frustration regarding character decisions than usual. My heart has changed shape. This was real love. Love is unique to each person…and I must say I love the love between Dante and Eve. I especially love and celebrate how Eve’s Light, which is totally innate, not learned or taught by her parents…overtook Dante’s severe darkness and hurt. He was born and raised into his darkness, but he definitely had an inner light that needed the right person to bring it up and out, developing into a love for the ages. Ahhhh… please do more, I want more!!!! We need to read this HOPE which I believe is real, as our dark world seems to expand…but we must remember that LOVE CONQUERS ALL.❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Deliciously violent, incredible characters, and an enthralling romance. I have read and reread this series multiple times, and I still can't get enough.

Omg why have I only just stumbled upon this?!? Great story, steam scenes. If only Dante would come for me……

I had very conflicted emotion throw the reading, but one thing was steady...the possibility of redeeming of Dante. And the author granded that. So thank you for this epic story. Maybe for some it can be classified as a big bad Stoccolm Syndrome but form me no. Never. It was an intricated story of pain, rage, love, anger, venegace, darkness and finnaly light and peace. And the road to find yourself in this very complicated and sometimes equally awfull and beautiful world.

I couldn’t put it down this book, well written, totally unpredictable, unique dark mafia romance…..In my humble opinion, this trilogy deserves 10 stars.I will definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys mafia romances.I came across this book purely by accident and I am truly glad I did.The trilogy made huge impression on me, so I will be looking forward to every book of this very talented author.
