Americana Acrylic Metallic Paint, Royal Ruby,59 ml (Pack of 1)

This is not red paint. It’s called Royal Ruby so I thought it was metallic red, but it’s a very bold copper. I couldn’t use it for what I wanted it for so it was a bit annoying. But the paint itself is lovely so when I need some copper paint in my life then this will be the one.

Cannot give any stars for this as have not used it yet. It is not red at all, it is copper coloured. The picture has been altered to look red. Not what I wanted at all. Disappointed. Price is good though so will keep it for another time. The colour chart shown is useless too as it does not even show this in the metallic colours listed. This false advertising will hold up my christmas project by days.

its not the colour they advertise, add 6ml of Miphiston Red from Citadel into the bottle and shake well (theres enough empty space in the bottle for 8ml extra) and it will be the exact shade and hue as its advertised... it is a good consistancy and handle been mixed well, will see how it howlds out in an airbrush later

This is a copper colour. I ordered a royal ruby and the online photo of the product also looks a rich ruby red. This is very misleading. This needs to be addressed as many reviews saying the same thing! I don't want this colour but can't be bothered going to the hassle of returning ... So disappointing

This is not a red paint. I have completed the set of these Art Deco paints, and I am happy with all of them bar this one. 'Royal Ruby' implies red, but it is actually a copper colour. I tried layering it, building it up, enriching the paint, and I couldn't get a red to save my life. Look elsewhere for a metallic red.

When I ordered a red paint I expected it to be red. Not the colour of dried blood! I've now had to order another paint and hope to goodness it luves up to it's name, cos this sure as heck didn't. Very disappointed considering the exorbitant price.

While I can appreciate that there may be slight variations in colour, the ‘Royal Ruby’ red paint that I ordered turned up and is in fact more of a ‘Peasant teeth’ orange. It is nowhere close to being red. Very disappointing.

I wouldn't call this ruby red it's more of a brown copper colour. It's a nice colour but the seller should describe it a lot better as I was after a metallic red.

I do canvas art. I do think for such a small amount it seems pricey. I did love the color. Did not stay as vibrant metallic as I would have liked once dried, however, it's such a nice color I was not disappointed. Might have to order more because I really love working with this color.

Leider sind 2 Farben defekt angekommen die sofort vom Postboten wieder mitgenommen wurden. Seit November 2022 kontaktiere ich den Verkäufer, werde hingehalten. Keine Zahlungserstattung oder Produkterstattung. Immer dieselben Ausreden und ich bin es echt leid so behandelt zu werden. Sehr sehr schade… ich bestelle nichts mehr.

Génial, je les ai utilisé pour peindre sur des boîtes de conserves. J avais peur des coups de pinceau mais aucune trace après séchage. Finition métallisée et coloris conformes. Enchantée.

...el color en realidad, no es rojo como se presenta. Es más bien tirando a cobrizo. Por lo demás, muy buen pigmento y agarre como se espera de los acrílicos de esta marca.

Mi piace molto il colore! Rende bene sulla tela, anche mischiato con altri colori ( per la mia tecnica pouring ) .. Sono soddisfatta.
