The media could not be loaded.  Hanger is mounted into a stud in my wall. Drywall anchors were included as promised, but I did not use them. My open back Americana banjo is approximately 6 lbs.Banjo is easily removed by lifting it up until the mounting arms are at the narrowest part of the headstock, and then pulling it away from the wall.However, I am stubborn and like to keep my Shubbs 'FineTune Capo F5' at the narrowest part of the headstock when not in use. The capo occasionally gets in the way when placing or removing the banjo from the hanger, but gently turning the banjo allows me to slide it out without much difficulty. FYI the black device mounted to my tuning machine is the D'Addario Micro Guitar Tuner, Screw installation.

Great wall mount banjo holder! I especially like the simple design. It was easy to install and the arms are padded to hold and not scratch the wood of the banjo neck.

Finally off the floor. Helps display banjo making easy access for playing. I actually bought two, one for me and one for my son.

Easy to install and works great for my banjo! It is low visibility and doesn't detract from the banjo itself. The neck is designed to set a banjo right in, a feature that was surprisingly hard to find in a world of guitars.

I hang all of my guitars and basses, but those hangers are too wide to use with my banjos and ukes.. This hanger is designed for narrower necks, and works perfectly! It's also long enough, so the banjo isn't resting against the wall. Just be sure to mount the hanger into a wall stud.... never trust sheet-rock to support the weight of your instrument.

Easy to install, very sturdy, looks great. I am horrible at handi-work but was able to hang this in 3 minutes. Just make sure to find a stud. I mounted mine into drywall on a stud, and it's holding my Washburn b-9 very sturdily.
