I enjoy the taste of the Yamamoto Kanpo Healthy Tea, with barley being the dominant ingredient, imparting a mild taste with a subtle sweetness derived from the toasted barley. It's incredibly palatable and easy to brew. Now that it's summer, I like to cold brew overnight in the fridge for a refreshing drink the next day.

This health tea is more of a barley tea flavor. But strange, I drank for two days in a row... The stomach has a deep feeling. Only temporarily stopped. The formula does not have diarrhea ingredients, but the diet for these two days is also routine, and I don't know what the reason is.

I recently tried the Japanese Decor Sakura Yamamoto Kanpo Healthy Tea and unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. Although I wasn't too bothered by the lack of English on the packaging, the taste was not to my liking at all. In fact, it was quite weird and unpleasant, which was a shame because I was hoping for a healthier alternative to balance out greasy foods. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and won't be purchasing it again in the future.

The size of the tea bags is for a whole pot of tea.The tea is supposed to aid in digestion, although there are warnings if it doesn't agree with you not to drink it. We really enjoy this tea!This tea is made in Japan, I believe!

If you are a fan of barley tea, you will love this. It's mild, naturally sweet from the roasted herbs/barley, and so delicious.The ingredient list contains a few things I'm not familiar with, so I was concerned it might taste overly strong or medicinal - but it doesn't at all. It basically tastes like a delicious and mild roasted tea. A little similar to hojicha or mugicha. While the tea apparently contains both puerh and oolong, it doesn't feel very caffeinated at all.Each teabag brews up around 1 liter of strong tea.While this is marketed as a fat-loss kind of tea, I personally feel that it is less effective than a strong high quality green tea such as Japanese sencha. But it is very delicious and easy to drink, and I've been drinking it nightly before bed.

I sampled the tea both hot and cold and hands down I preferred it cold.What you get: 48 over sized tea bags which I would guess each bag makes about 4-5 cups depending on how strong you like your tea, brochures on their other products, and a couple of drink samples.Flavor profile: The nutty, earthy flavor of barley combined with the floral flavor of oolong.Nutrition Facts: All of the wording on the box is written in Japanese and unfortunately I do not read/speak the language.Opinion: I truly liked it in iced tea form.
