Mr Entertainer MKP100 CDG DVD MP3G Karaoke Machine Player. HDMI/Record/Rip/USB. 200 Songs

I’m not someone who writes reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to. My husband was setting up our karaoke machine and the microphones weren’t working. There was an option to contact Mr Entertainer via what’s app, I was very dubious. They responded within minutes with easy to use instructions and said to contact them with any other issues. The instructions worked perfectly and our mics now work a dream ( not so good for our neighbours)! I was very impressed with the level of customer service they gave.

I bought a karaoke very similar to this one from a different outlet but for the same price, mine is far more robust and my microphones are solid and seem much better quality….This machine is ok but in hindsight I wish I had bought the same again from my other supplier. One of the microphones didn’t work so I had to replace it as it was a present. I wouldn’t buy this make again.

Really good but sound through our Samsung TV was not great but we purchased cables to go through extra speakers and I’d fine now

The karaoke machine is good for our needs. When it arrived I was unable to set it up to play - the machine played the disc and the graphics displayed on my tv but the microphones didn't work. I emailed Mr Entertainer and explained my problem and got very specific instructions by return to enable me to set it up properly. Easily solved. I did wonder, though, whether these instructions ought to be included in the user manual - just a thought. Anyway it is now working well, and I was very pleased with the help from Mr Entertainer.
