I was doing some embroidery for the first time. The needles I had bought seemed too blunt so I bought these. They are superb. Not only are they suitably sharp, they are not all the same thickness so they are able to be used on a variety of fabrics. The case is really handy as it’s strong enough to keep them safely in one place.Would highly recommend.

These are great. I'm working with standard DMC embroidery floss and going through a tear away pattern, broadcloth cotton, and a dissolvable backing fabric. I've had no issues with the eyes or sharpness. I'm very happy with needle quality.The wooden case is *EVERYTHING*. I'm ordering another set or two just to have safe, functional, and sturdy needle cases for all my sewing stashes.
