Like: the style, size, and convenience. The quality to me is fine. It has a leather like feeling. It's not really big or really small. I can fit my wallet, keys, hand sanitizer, small lotion, chapstick, small body spray, pens, gum and my phone. For reference in size, without all my belongings in the bag. I can fit a nintendo switch in there. Also, i like that the strap is comfortable and doesnt irritate my neck while wearing it, like some others do. The zipper pockets on the bottom front is not a real pocket, it's just for looks. That was a bummer. Overall, I like it.

I really like this bag, and it served me well on a trip to Munich. I got the black bag with the quilted pattern on the front. The bag itself is water resistant and was totally fine in light rain, but the strap was not. Just getting out of our rental car and into our hotel room, the strap was absolutely soaking wet, and I had to dry it with the hair dryer to use the next day.When wearing in the front, the bag had a tendency to fall down and not stay where the strap was adjusted to, so it may end up slightly lower than you planned. As long as you’re okay with it moving around, this bag is still super cute and worth trying!

Bought this precious crossbody for a trip and I loved it. It is the perfect length on the strap and hangs just right on the body. There are many useful pockets and the center section holds a full size wallet, my iphone, and keys and has enough room for much more.

Mine came with great quality. No rips or tears. All zippers work but, the zipper in the bottom front is fake. It unzips but not an actual pocket.

Plenty of space and pockets for all my things and comfortable to wear in the front or across my back… has been mistaken for michael kors quite a bit

This product has a terrible stench I had to get rid of it .
