Incorrectly labeled
Bought these a while back as an upgrade project for my electric bike, after a lesson about hubris and my own capabilities I took it to some professionals. They tried to install them till they notified me there is no way these are 16" tires, and that they're mislabeled. They identify them to be close to 14" tires

This tire is only 14”, even tho it says 16”
