I got this for my kids for Christmas and they love it. I think they are most impressed by the lights lol it lights up so pretty. The sound quality is as expected. It's not bad but could always be better and louder. But for the price I paid I'm perfectly content with it . You have to hold the mic close to your mouth for it to work good but that's fine too. Many regular microphones are the same way. Over all I give this a 5 stars because of how much my kids are enjoying it.

This is a great little karaoke machine. For the price I’d give this 5 stars. It has a master volume control and separate mic control. This is NOT a professional machine, but it is a good amateur machine. The only thing it doesn’t have is the ability to change keys.

Just does what it's supposed to do and my kid really enjoys it. The sound is great with good base. The multi colored lights are a bit loud to my taste but hey, my kid loves it so that's good. The product is priced at a good point and is a perfect gift to any child and they will not be disappointed. Great product.

This is one of the best machines we have ever used. My family loves to sing and this machine makes you sound really good. Everyone kept complimenting us, made us all feel good. You can’t beat the price, well worth it. Great for all get togeathers, no matter what kind. Price was very good. Order you one now, have fun.

The sound is very good, the lights are extroidinary, and I am super happy with this purchase which is a gift for my grandson. **Update** After loosing my job right before Christmas and a sudden illness that required major surgery and 2 months work leave, I could not make my monthly payments on this item. They worked with me over a long period of time and were very kind and patient. I would give 10 stars if I could.

It was a gift for my Great Great Niece, and she loves it. It has more functions than I thought it could have. It comes with a really nice microphone, but has 2 jacks, so you could use 2 mics, and has 2 microphone holders on the side of the machine. it comes with RCA jacks and RCA leads, so you can plug it in to a monitor or smart T.V. to read the words of the song that you're singing; and it will record everything. It has echo for your voice that you can adjust. it also comes with usb ports and a port for an sd card. It was very well worth the money.

This is my very first negative review and I review things for places often. My sons dad purchased this Singing Machine for him for Christmas. It worked great for about 3 weeks then it just stopped working like it had no power. So I messaged Amazon and they sent me a new power cord at no charge but that didn't make the machine work either. So I emailed Singing Machine customer service and ofcourse it was out of warranty by then. But thats not what makes me mad. What makes me mad is that both times I spoke with Singing Machine customer service they spoke to me as if I don't know how to plug the machine in. They wanted video proof that it didn't work in multiple outlets but said even if I sent that info it would be past warranty and she could guarantee the claim would be accepted. Now after this woman repeated herself three time without listening to what I was saying I simply said ok I'll take the loss but will never buy their products again. So save your money and buy something else this is a piece of trash.

One month to the day that we received the machine, my not even three year old dropped the microphone from no more than 2 feet off the ground and the microphone stopped working. There is no physical damage on the outside. I opened up the microphone, with difficulty, and found that two very thin wires were sheared off the switch and there is no way access the switch to repair it. Not impressed that I need a new microphone one month after purchase for a device made for children - its definitely not robust. It's really too bad, because had this not happened, it would have gotten 5 stars. If you get it, just be careful with the mic!

Pretty cool light show, easy to use and my daughter loves it. However, the sound from the mic is muffled and not very loud. I expected the sound quality and loudness to be much clearer. I wouldn't buy it again and go with another unit more expensive. I bought an additional mic as well, both sound awful if you ask me.
