I cannot tell you how amazing this is for those pesky sweats! I've had those 'tropical moments' for a few years, but only ever in my head, never in my body. Within 2 days of taking this supplement, the sweats stopped completely. I kid you not! I bought this deliberately to target that annoying problem. Nobody likes to be woken up every hour or so with a head that feels like somebody is trying to boil it. I have tested it out a few times by stopping taking it, and the sweats come back again within just a few days. Incredibly effective.

I have now tried a huge range of 'natural' products purported to ease menopause symptoms and gave Menapol Plus a fair trial but it didn't work for me. I was suffering with debilitating night sweats, hot flushes and sleepless nights but I didn't notice an improvement despite a lengthy trial period. It's a shame but I have now given up and started HRT.

I was very worried when hot flushes started to disturb me a lot regardless day or night. I lost sleep and was very anxious because normally I am quite healthy person. I read and analysed plenty of different options and tried product of Holland and Barret for 10 days. When I found this product I was not sure how it will help me but relied on review and content. Main reason was plant Oestrogen and some herb with sedative effect. I have finished one bottle and ordered another two. I am very pleased that I bought this product. I do not have very disturbing flushes and frequency reduced to a few in 24 hours. Maybe this product does not help everybody but it definitely helped me.

I don't normally write reviews but just had to on this occasion. Been taking these morning when I get up and in the evening before bed and after 2 weeks no more hot flushes!! I can not say how much I recommend menapol plus. I tell everyone at work about them. I didn't expect them to work but had read reviews and took a gamble. My life is back to normal again. Try them, even share with a friend as simply supplements do buy one get one free. If anything changes in the future regarding them I will write an update. .......go order now :)

I've been using menapol for around 6 /7 months and theyve been fantastic until my last 2 bottles, I'm not sure what's happened but all my symptoms are back, the colour of the tablet has changed too, the ones I have look like chocolate powder ,where as the ones I had before these were my grey looking, really disappointed , and a waste of money ☹

Before taking these supplements I had mood swings, hot flushes, unable to sleep. It was embarrassing especially in the winter with the hot flushes in public places. A friend told me about Menapol plus. I've been taking them for 3 months and almost forgot what I used to suffer until I stopped taking them. I'm at the beginning stage of the menopause. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because the flushes haven't completely gone. About 80% gone. I'm sure they will go once I have taken them longer. I would recommend them to anyone experiencing similar symptoms.

I had terrible hot flushes, several per day and during the night it felt like I was in a sauna. Due to the restless nights I felt run down. After about 2 weeks taking 1 tablet in the morning and one at night, I feel like I'm back to my old self, the flushes have almost gone. I would recommend these 100%, glad I found out about them and can keep HRT away for now.

first signs of flushes ....I started taking and they took about 4- 6 weeks before I started to feel the effect of these supplements and I was thinking of leaving a very positive review however, sadly I find after only 4 months they are no longer as effective. Initially all m y symptoms disappeared but now in month 4 I am experiencing a few flushes day and night. ok not so many but because they had diminished I find them more annoying! I will persevere and see if this is a blip and update this review in a few more months
