this worked perfect for my old 2002 buick lasabre, not one leak yet and still going strong.

Great product, better than the plastic original ones
They fit perfectly, 3 of the 4 ends on my old ones were broken. I had to use a j shaped pick to pull them out. The O rings and broken pieces were a bit tight. One old plastic piece fell down into the engine block and I removed the thermostat and back flushed it to get it to come out.Cleaned the housing with a s/s wire brush and put Vaseline on the rings to keep from damaging them.No leaks, now the cooling system is working perfectly.

These aluminum coolant-elbow tubes, often known by many other names, are absolutely necessary if your (General Motors) vehicle with the 3.8L (V-6) has original "plastic" tubes. The plastic pieces, which are unfortunately still sold and installed by mechanics, will leak or break or even blow out of the car. At any time. While no one knows why GM would have installed plastic pieces, which are absolutely near and into the engine inlets for coolant, save yourself a headache and (carefully, with an hour to spare) install these aluminum upgrade pieces. Five stars plus !
