These are sold indiviually, there is also a pair for sale on Amazon B01J5ZB8K6. The 4 pack seems to be an automated amazon listing error, nothing intentional.

Can this be used for a Travel Trailer?

I think so. These are very sturdy and stable, the best jack stand made. Order them individually a day or two apart if you're ordering more than one, otherwise they throw them in the same box and they get skinned up. I ordered mine 2 days apart and they were fine.

What is the lowest height it can be used? Highest? Thx!

Lowest is approx 13.5 inches, highest setting is 21 inches. I love these stands
