Great beginner journal
This journal is a great way to get in the habit of journaling. It has pages to habit track and the prompts are short but meaningful. There is just a few lines for a response but it’s perfect for someone who doesn’t like to write as much. Journaling doesn’t have to be a great writer as long as you take those few mins everyday to reflect. I have also started a blank page journal to elaborate some more on the prompts when I’m feeling like writing more but I like that there is no huge expectation to write a ton. I highly recommend this journal.

An effective and motivational guide to self-awareness
Self-knowledge/awareness is a powerful tool that should never be underestimated. An important way of gaining self-awareness is through reflection. This book discusses the importance of self-reflection, the best way to do it and how to get the most out of it.The book contains 365 questions to help you practice self-reflection on various topics in your life. I found the questions to be meaningful. The questions allow you to explore your thoughts and feelings, and take conscious action.

Nothing out of the ordinary
This is a typical self-help book in raising one’s own consciousness in the way each of us lives our lives. Although, it makes some good points such as most of us don’t really learn from out past, only rinse, wash and repeat. Another is the importance of exercising non-judgementalism when self-reflecting. This latter point is particularly important, otherwise thinking and feeling immediately become inhibited. Nonetheless, there is nothing about this particular self-help book that hasn’t been written time and again, and very recently. That said, this book is also as good as the rest.

Fantastic for self-reflection
I enjoyed that this journal started by explaining the benefits of self-reflection, what to expect, how to go about it, etc. to help the reader go into it with the right expectations and an open mind. Each of the questions was very thought-provoking. I also appreciated that each question didn't leave multiple pages to fill with your answer, as I would have felt overwhelmed by that space/expectation. The author set a very achievable daily goal for those wanting to create a daily journal habit and improve themselves.

A journal to help us reflect and be more self aware
I really appreciated this journal. The definitions and explanations of self reflection, self awareness etc were insightful, and that self awareness and self esteem work hand in hand. I love that there was a section to track progress. A great gift for ourselves or someone else. Well done!

Motivational
This is a visually appealing book with great inspirational quotes. There is plenty of room to answer the questions and self-reflect, and I really liked the tracking your progress pages. I would recommend this for anyone trying to turn inward and self-reflect.

Provocative and inspirational
Socrates said "The unexamined life is not worth living." Elffiee Arriano guides us through ways to look within ourselves, self-reflect, examine, in Socrates words, various aspects of our lives. This daily journal walks us through a year of thought-provoking questions ending each with "What are you grateful for today?" The author also includes a Vision Board which I particularly loved and have not seen in other journals.
