Extremely Disappointed with the Product Quality and Amazon’s ResponseI ordered this product with high expectations, trusting that Amazon maintains strict and thorough quality checks. Unfortunately, this product was a complete disappointment and fell far below my expectations.When we purchase mutton from the outside market, we generally expect approximately 80% meat and 20% bones. However, the product I received was almost the complete opposite—far more bones and very little usable meat. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a product purchased through Amazon.What disappointed me even more was the response from customer care. When I contacted them, I was simply told, “Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will take your feedback,” followed by an apology for the inconvenience.I want to ask Amazon: Is it my responsibility as a paying customer to identify and report basic quality issues that should have been caught through your own quality-control process? Am I being paid by Amazon to perform quality checks for your products? If so, I still haven't received my salary!I have been shopping on Amazon for many years and am also a Prime member, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I expect much better quality control and customer experience from Amazon.This is honestly one of the worst-quality products I have ever received from Amazon. I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the way my complaint was handled. Amazon needs to take customer trust and product quality much more seriously.

Always better buy fish, chicken , mutton only at your nearest direct vendor. The flavour and smell is not as same as fresh one. Frozen mutton i felt foul smell
