Tuli's Heavy Duty Heel Cups Regular (Under 79Kg)

I have been suffering with heel plantar fasciitis for over a year and work on hard floors, have been looking for anything that may even slightly ease the pain new shoes exercises everything and I can honestly say these have helped alot more than I thought they would I am no longer on tiptoes by the end of my shift. Would recommend to anyone with this condition to at least try them. And put them u der your insoles as it make the difference.

I've tried others in the past and although they were ok they do not match up to these. They are SO flexible and soft whilst being strong at the same time. I've even put them in my closed in slippers. I did not believe that I could sink into these with the heel pain gone the instant I placed my heel on them. I checked customer reviews prior to buying and the positive energy sold them to me, they are all accurate as far as I'm concerned. In my opinion the product description has proven to be as described too. No more heel pain for me now - one very happy customer - Fully recommend- Good luck!Additional suggestion:-I noticed a couple of reviews saying that these heel cups were difficult to wear in boots because they keep folding when trying to put their foot in the boot and I can empathise with that; maybe try using a shoe horn to hold back the heel cup whilst putting your foot in the boot. My wife has boots that zip down on the inside and she uses the Tuli's Heavy Duty GEL heel cups when wearing boots and finds that THOSE heel cups are just as pain relieving as these SILICONE ones but tougher on the edges so she can put her foot in the boot ( using the shoe horn ) much easier. I have been having discomfort in my heel for over 12 months which has been diagnosed a a potential spur(not good). As such, the cups won't cure this but I would recommend them as they are comfortable and decent quality. They are very flexible and certainly not rigid as they may look in the picture.

These are great. I have plantar fasciitis. Really painful at times, but these are fabulous. Doesn't eliminate it completely but I can walk again!I had the trouble others have found with them folding in so I put them directly on my foot then put my socks on.I've also noticed my heels are no longer dry as well so double bonus! This way, they are on my feet now matter what shoes I wear.

Pros - They fit in all my footwear (except my slipper boots) and easily changeable. My Merrell walking boots have a high ankle, so the sides of the cushion cups could have squashed down when trying to push my foot into the boots but I just used the shoehorn that I have and they went on without any problems. They are very soft and springy under my heel which is what I wanted, as I have excruciating plantar fasciitis right under my left heel pad to the point I can hardly walk. A specialist recommended these cushion heel cups so I thought I'd try them as the price was really reasonable.Cons - after having the cushion heel cups in my boots for a few hours, having initially helped slightly, only taking away the pain a fraction, by the time I took my boots off , all of my foot was throbbing. I'm not sure if you're supposed to wear them for shorter periods to start with and then build up the time but after that first time wearing them they just caused more pain by the end of the day and my heel and hip were so, so painful that night. I'll persevere with shorter periods wearing them and see if this improves. I'll update my review in a few weeks.The other problem I found, I tried them in my slipper boots but they just pushed my foot forward so my toes were pushing against the front of the slipper, making them very uncomfortable, so they weren't suitable for them, probably as they're quite flat and the cushion heel cup raises my heel too much which pushes my foot forward.I've had my heel pad pain for about 9 months and it's become more and more unbearable, so I might be beyond these cushion heel cups being able to bring any relief. They would probably help bring relief to milder heel pain but I didn't seek help until recently, so I've no doubt made my problem worse by not seeking earlier treatment.I will keep trying and update my review in a few weeks.

Very difficult to put footwear on when these are in the boot/shoe. They force you foot forward meaning toes jammed in end and made it impossible to wear them. Tried them in a few different trainers, boots and shoes then threw them in the bin. Unless you are going to wear shoes that are a size to big i can't see how these are fir for purpose

great support, comfortable and pain release

J'ai acheté ces talonnettes pour mon fils qui souffre du syndrome de Sever. Malheureusement, elles ne nous ont pas convaincus. Le gel ne reste pas bien en place dans la chaussure et les talonnettes ont tendance à bouger pendant la marche. Nous les avons utilisées pendant une quinzaine de jours, mais sans réel bénéfice. Dommage, car le principe semblait intéressant.

Uso una sola plantilla para "alzar" mi pierna izquierda, pero hay que tener cuidado en que tipo de calzado se usa, ya que puede lastimarte al doblarse la parte superior, por lo demás me ayuda a no tener que extender mi pierna y caminar de manera natural sin tener molestias dolorosas

These won't be the cheapest heel cups on the market, but they are the best. The Tuli heel cups have a patented technology that provided so much support through creating space via air pockets and the unique criss cross design. These have been around for decades, and I've bought a few pairs at this point.I have tried cheaper options, but nothing quite gives you the "walking on air" sensation that these do.

Really good and soft.It's made of good quality so after 2years steal there is no change after this long youse.
