The price is awesome and it works great! No bruising like from other hard plastic items. The band that came with it is worthless though and is as durable as a rubber band.

Great Tool!
I just received this a few days ago. I am 55 and workout consistently doing HIIT and Weightlifting. I have recently started having urinary leaking issues while working out. I saw my Mom go through the same issues and would like to head them off before it gets worse. I do a few reps with this when I am taking a break between sets and I already have seen the difference.

To help with strengthening the thigh muscles and strengthening bladder muscle. Doctor don’t recommend.

A very nice product indeed!
This product is perfect for me!!It's easy to assemble and lightweight to carry.I often use it while looking at my phone. Its resistance is just right for me when I'm just starting out.It has an adjustable pad Angle, so I can do a lot of different movements with it, and it gives both my thighs and arms a workout. The resistance band allows me to work my hand muscles better.This is a great purchase for people who want to exercise, and it is the right price!!

Was hesitant at first
I wasn't sure of the durability when I ordered this, but, let me tell you - What a great buy. It contours well in the thigh and is super durable. The price is lower than most brands but this works like it while be worth three times the price.

Buena resistencia y práctico
Me gustó mucho para usarlo cuando estoy en el escritorio, así puedo meter un poco de movimiento con resistencia y no sólo estiramientos. Paso mucho tiempo sentada durante el día, así que me ha ayudado mucho y si trabajo los músculos, lo siento perfecto al día siguiente, jeje!
