I chose the XL size as I'm a size 18-20 and it fit well as in, it clung in only the right places.The black satin material feels really nice and smooth against your skin and the lattice at the back can be used to tighten or loosen to get the desired fit.The criss-cross at the front can't be altered - not good for the larger chests - I did loosen and tighten the back up a bit to get it to fit better but then it kind of raised up in a v-shape at the front so if I got my chest in the right place, the rest felt a bit skewed.The length was great, at just mid thigh and the shoulder straps were comfortable without digging in.

This is a very pretty nightdress and fits my wife very well. It’s very neatly and well made, the lace trim makes it look very classy and the satin has a luxurious feel and sheen and the ivory colour looks very attractive against tanned skin. The shoulder straps are adjustable with small buckles at the back. The front lacing can’t be adjusted but the lacing at the back needed a little adjusting to make it hang properly. Length-wise it is perfect. Overall, very light and easy to pack, ideal for warm summer holidays.

I am impressed with Ann Summers sizing, they seem to have it spot on. I purchased the Large, I'm a 14-16 top but 18 bottom. This fits really well. It is comfortable and feels great. Only two issues, one is the threads that are poking out do look like it's unfinished - it isn't as that is the style.The other issue is the front gap needs to be adjustable so this will be hitting the sewing machine shortly just to make it perfect.

I ordered this Ann Summers - Black Cherryann Chemise Night Dress in the medium size which fits perfectly in relation to the size 12 garments that I usually wear. This night dress has some lovely detailing with a delicate lace border to the V shape opening at the front with additional crossed ribbon. The rear has an attractive ribbon lattice which can easily be adjusted to suit the wearer's body shape in conjunction with the adjustable shoulder straps.The fabric has a really luxurious feel to it and is very comfortable to wear. All of the stitching is neatly done and the length and way this night dress falls makes it look really nice on. There is no adjustment at the front of this garment which might be worth bearing in mind. This is not an issue for myself as I usually wear a bra size 34D and find that this garment has more than sufficient room at the front.Ann Summers certainly seem to have got their sizing correct and the overall quality and wearing experience of this garment is in my opinion very good. I am more than happy with the look of this night dress and have no hesitation in recommending it.

This Ann Summers black cherryann chemise night dress is very cute. I ordered a medium and feel like it's a little big, but maybe I just need to do a better job of tightening it at the back. The material feels lovely and soft and it does look very nice on. The lace is stunning.

The front opening has an unusual feathered lace edge seam detail.The back laces up, I was not quite so keen on this as it means you need to do this quite carefully to avoid the material bunching at the base. This will make for very nice wedding night apparel as it is soft and lightweight and easy to pack for a honeymoon.
