The HUMBUG Family aren't like other Christmas Elves... They managethe not-so-glamorous RPD Department of the North Pole. That'sReindeer Poo Disposal. YUCK! But when a mince-pie-related-mishapsees them exiled from their home, they go on adaring adventure, where they discover the true meaning of Christmas! Review: Nice quality - Book arrived in great condition. Story itself is ok, if not a little slow, with some overly repeated sentences. Made a well priced Xmas stocking filler. Review: Great biok for a 7 years old - Bought for my 7 years old great-nephew. Who is currently reading and enjoying.

Honkhumptious ! A real feast this Christmas
With prior knowledge of the authors work, I decided to try this book. despite it being recommended for an age lower than mine. It is clever novel, using nonsense language like comfortous and clumpling. The family relationships are well written, I could imagine the grumpy Old Wimbles dreaming of cheddar, and filling his face with mince pies. Behind this comical front, it conveys a message that was brought to the forefront in COVID 19, with a clear theme of key workers that really touched me, while not feeling overwhelming. An eyeopening read, talking about stereotypes and key workers, with its fun and well characterised cast. Thank you Steven for another fabulous fantastic feast of fun.
